Pretty fun game.

Yes, this kind of birds-eye-view starship/plane/helicopter shoot 'em up has been made over and over and over again, but that goes for a lot of game types on Newgrounds. I enjoyed this game quite a lot, it ran smooth even though it was quite graphically intense, and even when there were a lot of enemies, bullets and powerups all on the stage at the same time it did not lagg, so i was very pleased.

Graphics; they were good, really made the game look professional
Style; it wasn't original, but who gives a damn, it was enjoyable and a lot of people thought this also, so you did well.
Sound; the sfx were really anoying, but they all anoy me on these types of game so nothing new there.
It wasn't very viloent... nothing more..
Interactivity; Great, I could move the ship anywhere i wanted which is always good with these games and it didn't lagg which made it a lot better!!

OVERALL: a good solid game, nothing new, but fun and enjoyable to the majority.

EXTRA: You have recieved a lot of harsh reviews for this game, which is not what you want as an artist and programmer i know. But you really have a fucking chip on your shoulder and i dont like you at all as a person after reading some of your replys to some of the reviews, infact, it is safe to say that i think you are a complete and utter cockmouth! This said I have reviewed your game propperly 'cos i am not here to like you, just to play your game.

I know...watching "the usual" on Newgrounds sometimes warps my mind and doesn't make me think up of anything that inventive...non-inspirational. Of course, not EVERYTHING is bad on or the same on Newgrounds...there's just a lot of bs out there. I like when people come up with good stories over animation and I also like visual effect games.

The music is by The Orb, from their Bicycles and Tricycles album that came out in 2004. I really think this album is good, but it's nothing compared to their older stuff just to let you know.

quite a good game...

The game is really well made, great idea, and a great storyline too.
The 3d graphics are really good, smooth and life-like. The only problem is that the game is not very addictive. After level 8 i wanted to stop, but thought it wud be best just to play it until the end, see if there was anything interesting.. but no, there wasn't.

Making a game addictive can be really easy, or really hard, and its sometimes near impossible to pick out an attribute that makes the game unaddictive, just like in this case.

Fair enough, i enjoyed playing the game, but i doubt i will ever play it again... this is why i only gave you a 6 for interactivity...

well done non-the-less, good game 'n' all

Yeah. It's strange, because a lot of reviewers have said that it IS addictive, which is not something I could have predicted, but many others have said it's boring. Guess it just goes to show you can't please all the people all the time...
I'm still debating as to whether I should bother with a second version or not. I'm not convinced that I could improve enough on this one to make it worth the time that I would spend making it. Whatever I submit, there are guaranteed to be people who hate it, and I find that depressing.

u shud add a timer to each question... cos on the ones i dint know.. i just searched NG until i found the answers... which really dint take that long...
i think 15sec/question wud be sufficient...

nice job adding a reason to want to answer correctly (the small game)..

also, a random insult/congrats thingy wud hav been more fun.. instead of the same comments if a question was answered correctly... but now im just being picky...
